Meet our Team
Marty Malysz
President
For 30 years, Marty has provided automated licensing and royalty systems. In January 2005, he founded DSI after selling his music licensing automation company. Marty loves solving complex licensing process challenges. His superpowers are perseverance and ingenuity and building long lasting relationships. Marty graduated from UCLA with a B.S. in Economics Systems Science. He served as a board member of Licensing International and enjoys his family, gardening, running and playing basketball.
Amy Malysz
Director of Finance & Human Resources
Amy has 20+ years of experience with both banking and software implementation. Her priorities of superior client service and employee morale are exemplified through developing strong relationships as she collaborates with DSI teams. Amy earned her BA in Economics at UCLA where she met and subsequently married DSI’s own Marty Malysz. She is an avid Charger fan, and is eager to see them play in the new SoFi stadium.
Rhys Fleming
Sales & Marketing Director
Rhys has been working within licensing teams for the last 10 years. He comes to Dependable Solutions with experience working from both the licensor and licensing agency perspectives. His experience is bolstered by a bachelor’s degree in Product Design Engineering, master’s degree in design and Branding Strategy, and postgraduate certificate in Intellectual Property Law. Rhys is based in the UK, just outside of London, and, as a keen swimmer, crossed the English Channel in 2022 as part of a relay team, raising money for the licensing industry charity, the Light Fund.
Jack Gernert
Sales Account Executive
Jack brings his six years of experience in the Licensing Industry to Dependable Solutions as a Sales Account Executive. He’s had experience as a licensor in Consumer Products as well as in Content Licensing & Distribution for major film and television studios. In 2021, Jack refocused his career towards finding and implementing software solutions to address the pain points and bottlenecks the licensing industry faces. He has recently relocated from Los Angeles to Denver and is enjoying easy access to his favorite ski resorts.
Paul Hucker
Associate Director, Client Services
Paul has over 15 years of Customer support and management experience. From managing large teams at Enterprise to working in the SAAS, he then joined Dependable Solutions in 2017 and currently serves as the Associate Director of Client Services helping support our team and clients Globally. Paul is based on the south coast of the UK, he enjoys his family, paddle boarding, gardening, and cooking.
Lana Skvirchak
Client Services Account Manager
Lana is a Client Services Account Manager with over 8 years of licensing experience. She’s located on the East Coast and is a communications expert, with a passion for building strong alliances and helping clients innovate solutions. Lana earned her BS in Advertising & Marketing Communications at FIT and her MSW at Rutgers University. Lana is also an LSW psychotherapist and empowers people to find their strengths and rewrite their stories. Lana enjoys spending time with family and friends, decorating, styling, hosting events, cooking, and traveling. She is an avid reader, a serious NY Rangers fan, and a dog mom.
Brian Kasman
Client Services Account Manager
Brian is a Client Services Account Manager at DSI and has 10 years of diverse experience within the Licensing and Consumer Products Industries. Throughout his different roles, his responsibilities have always included working through licensing automation systems which led him to DSI today. He looks to prioritize the client experience and build strong relationships with his clients to efficiently enhance their licensing programs. While he is not at work, you can find Brian playing soccer, spending football Sundays on the couch and enjoying time with his family.
Miranda Sharp
Client Services Account Manager
Miranda is a Client Services Account Manager at Dependable Solutions. She is primarily responsible for assisting clients with implementation, training, and regular system support. Miranda brings with her 5 years’ experience as a licensee working with a variety of software systems and licensors of all sizes. She enjoys expanding her licensing knowledge and working to help her clients find success. Miranda is based out of Cincinnati, Ohio, and lives with her husband and two dogs. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, hiking, crafting, and baseball.
Lorielle Reader-Core
Client Services Account Coordinator
Lorielle is a Client Services Account Coordinator at DSI and is responsible for the facilitation of seamless communication between our clients and internal teams. With her keen attention to detail and organizational skills, and over two decades in customer service, she brings a wealth of experience by consistently delivering exceptional communication skills and problem solving to our organization. Outside of Lorielle’s professional life, she enjoys spending her time with her husband and five wonderful children, enjoying game nights, baking treats, and movie nights.
