Marty Malysz
President & Sales Manager
Marty is the president of Dependable Solutions, Inc. based in Los Angeles, California. Over the past 20 years, he has successfully sold and managed 350 licensors and licensees systems. While at the helm of Right Track Solutions, Inc., he built an industry leading royalty and licensing software organization targeting music and video licensors and licensees. Marty specializes in licensing systems consulting and project reviews. Marty earned a bachelors degree in Economics Systems Science from UCLA. He speaks at industry forums on the benefits and issues involved in licensing back-office systems. Marty is an active leader in LIMA, Little League, AYSO, and YMCA Indian Guides.

Zeljko Rakocevic
Vice President for Information Technology
Zeljko has 20+ years of experience in design, architecture and development of medium and large information systems. His specialty are high-volume web enterprise applications. Before joining DSI, he worked at Awareness Technology, Inc in Marina Del Rey for two years as the chief re-architect of their packaged employee monitoring applications. Zeljko founded West End Software, Inc. which produces Action 2.0 film management software. He was CTO and Software Architect at FilmEcNet.com, a software development company for the entertainment industry. He was also the founder, CTO and project development leader of Megasoft Computers, a software development company. As Megasoft’s CTO and project development leader, he led, designed and created enterprise software applications including Postal Information System of former Yugoslavia, processing and control of the telephone switchboards, financial transactions and banking. Zeljko received his bachelor of science in Electrical Engineering degree from University of Belgrade - School of Electrical Engineering - Serbia and Montenegro.

Holly Royer
Director of Client Services
Holly operates the DSI product deliveries and client support teams at DSI from our Dallas Texas office. With a wealth of licensing operations experience, her insight into the licensing workflow and effective reporting helps DSI and our clients refine our systems and deliverables. Prior to joining DSI, Holly managed licensing operation at Primedia Enterprises, Inc. with a portfolio of over 120 brands. With a bachelor’s degree in finance and her ability to manage many diverse project priorities between finance, legal, sales and licensing, Holly assists in delivering stronger solutions.
