    DSI EXPANDS IN EUROPE WITH APPOINTMENT OF ALEX PAPKE, NEW CLIENT RELATIONS REPRESENTATIVE

    Belgrade, Serbia (December 15, 2009) – Seeking to provide a broadened level of service to a growing client base, Dependable Solutions, Inc. (DSI) today announced the addition of Alex Papke to DSI’s Belgrade, Serbia office as a senior client support representative.

    Effective immediately, Alex will manage current DSI relationships in Europe, provide support to new implementations in North America and assist in the overall development of the company’s licensing management software.

    Alex joins DSI following over a dozen years’ experience servicing clients in brand management, advertising and publishing. While based in southeast Europe, he has overseen the development of a regional business publication, managed the expansion of a Serbian business-to-business publisher into Romania and helped to streamline and improve the Serbian government’s English communication. Prior to publishing, he spent six years in the advertising industry, first at a start-up in London and then with major agencies in San Francisco, where he gained extensive experience developing and managing brands for Fortune 500 companies such as Clorox and Fisher-Price.
