DSI Taps Denise Penn To Lead European Charge

    London, UK (January 3, 2012) - Having gained significant momentum in automating European licensing operations, Dependable Solutions, Inc. (DSI) today announced the grand opening of a UK office, under licensing veteran Denise Penn as commercial director of DSI's London-based entity, Dependable Rights, Ltd.

    "Denise has been an advocate of DSI for several years , and I am glad that we can now work together to address European brand licensing challenges," said DSI President Marty Malysz. "Her vast experience and charming personality will be an asset, both for our clients and our team."

    Penn brings 19 years of industry experience to DSI, most recently for the past three years as senior licensing manager with ITV Studios Global Entertainment. She has wide experience with both licensees and licensors as an independent licensing agent and as an in-house licensing manager across apparel, accessories, toys, stationery, food and beverage categories. Penn also worked in retail buying with Woolworths for seven years prior to her licensing career.
