WITH NEW Q3 2009 VERSION OF DEPENDABLE RIGHTS MANAGEMENT

 Los Angeles (August 10, 2009) - The latest update of Dependable Rights Management (DRM) from Dependable Solutions, Inc improves the overall management of contracts, images, approvals and financial processing for licensors, agents and licensees.

New Contract Features:

• Track accounting changes to a contract automatically helps to keep tabs on financially oriented modifications by anyone.
• G/L posting allows users to set up the accounts for debits and credits in the g/l transactions specific to a contract.
• The primary contacts for the licensee, licensor, agent, royalty and product development personnel can now be selected to display throughout DRM for each contract.
• The new "Product String Hierarchy" features makes for easy to use filtering within product strings consisting of categories, subcategories and articles.
• License Type is a new attribute to further define granted rights and the SKU setup.
• "Contract List" has a new filter to assist in easily locating a contract.
• "Guarantee Payments" now has an option for a payment to be due upon execution, where this date will become the due date for that designated payment.

 Financial and Income Statements:

• "Find An Invoice" is a new feature allowing users to search for any invoice, no matter the status, including voided ones.
• Amortization is a new option to evenly spread a guarantee over guarantee term dates.
• Currency enhancements throughout DRM including invoicing, amortization and payment reports.
• "Error Acceptance" is enhanced with a new option to check all errors as either Reported or Calculated on the Exception tab of a processed Income Statement
• GL journal processes are revised to be more effective and efficient.
• Invoice enhancements allow users to void invoices, modify payment applications, add new lines, view invoices prior to printing and more easily print an invoice.
• "Late Payment Invoicing" has two new options for creating an invoice, allowing users to review all overdue invoices and generate an invoice on the fly or let DRM automatically generate invoices using the default interest rates.
• Enhanced payment options allowing users to reclass, reapply and delete, while all being tracked properly to the G/L.
• Capture unallocated payments and then apply them later once they are identified.
• When a contract has been terminated prior to its expiration date, DRM will now create write-off journals to close the account and apply appropriate monies to bad debt.

 Applications and Registrations:

• New search criteria of IP, Territory, Expiration Date, Classification and Registration Number have been added.

 Product Development:

• List of forwarded recipients now appears on the list screen to quickly indicate who has responded and who hasn't.
• Add two or more properties on a product if using a property group in the contract.
• Submission counts now appear to show the totals of each submission type on the main search screen.
• Ability to see other submissions if two or more users are from the same licensee with view-only rights to other people.
• Manage images to enlarge and shrink in annotation area to resize the image no matter the original image size.
• Establish custom fields by product type so questions are geared for each product type selected in a submission.

 Content Library:

• Security options full access, view only, define by user, upload or download to any folder to secure use for both licensees and internal users.
• No duplicate image names prevents multiple instances of the same image.
• Date taken and date created are logged to help locate new images posted.
