DSI PRESIDENT MARTY MALYSZ TO SPEAK ON
AUTOMATED LICENSING COMPLIANCE SYSTEMS AT LICENSING INTERNATIONAL
2006
Los Angeles, CA (June 15, 2006) – Marty Malysz,
president of Dependable Solutions, Inc. (DSI), will bring his expertise
to the June 21 panel discussion, “Designing an Effective
Licensing Compliance Program,” at the annual LIMA trade show,
Licensing International 2006. Malysz joins Bill Kehoe, VP
of finance at Beanstalk Group, and Sal Disanto, director of royalties
at Hasbro, Inc., for the panel organized by Lewis Stark, director
of royalty and contract compliance at Weiser LLP.
“I look forward to informing licensing professionals on
how compliance practices can be best implemented, especially with
automated processes,” said Malysz. “This LIMA panel
offers a rare forum to discuss which areas of a licensing entity
can be effectively organized to benefit the entire organization.”
Malysz explains that nearly 70% of licensing organizations look
to in-house developers to customize their licensing administration
procedures, resulting in a significant amount of wasted time and
resources. “Licensors, licensees and licensing agents
should know that, by tapping the skills of reputable vendors and
independent consultants, they can streamline and successfully implement
financial and product approval systems.”
Dependable Solutions, Inc. will also be hosting an exhibitor booth
(#4371) at the show from Tuesday, June 20 through Thursday, June
22.
