DSI APPOINTS LICENSING INDUSTRY VETERAN HOLLY ROYER AS DIRECTOR OF CLIENT SERVICES

Los Angeles (August 7, 2006) – Significantly augmenting its knowledge in brand-name consumer product finance, sales and marketing, Dependable Solutions, Inc. (DSI) has appointed industry veteran Holly Royer to the newly created position of director of client services. Reporting directly to DSI President Marty Malysz, Royer will interface with DSI’s client base while designing licensing reports and enhancing critical features of the company’s signature licensing system, Dependable Rights Manager.

Royer brings over eight years of licensing administration production experience to DSI, having recently served at director of operations at PRIMEDIA Enterprises, the business development arm of PRIMEDIA, the leading targeted media company in the U.S. During her tenure, she managed licensing operations for more than 120 brands involving hundreds of contracts.
