Dependable Royalty Manager is our main licensing-in module to help licensees track all contractual rights with a licensor/agent to report periodic royalties, forecasts, contract commitments and sku information. With the ability to take advantage of allowances, discounts, escalations points and complex guarantees, DRM gives licensees the ability to stay on top of all obligations while saving precious resources in compiling royalties and payments.

Product Development allows licensees to keep detailed records of the product approvals with many different licensors. You can see all the submitted images, designs, packaging and documents sent to the licensor or agent and email them reminders when they are overdue with the approvals along each stage of the approval process.

Services

Quickstart Services helps licensees bring up the DRM application quickly with assistance with reviewing and analyzing contracts, contract data entry and sales data entry for prior periods. This allows your employees to continue to manage the daily tasks in their operations while implementing a new system.

Programming & IT Services – DSI personnel assist our clients with direct accounting integration to many ERP systems and convert existing files into the DRM MS SQL database files.
